Nandi Bushell is nine and proudly claims her Zulu-Brit heritage on her IG page. When Bushell was four, her parents bought her a drum set and she was hooked. Here she is performing Erykah Badu’s Window Seat.

“On Saturdays and Sundays, [my family and I] make pancakes, and I listen to the Beatles, and I saw the drum kit and Ringo Starr,” Bushell told the talk show host Ellen DeGeneres. “He just inspired me to play the drums.”
Bushell has been sharing her gifts with the world on her YouTube channel since she was six.
Bushell has covered many songs, including System of a Down’s Chop Suey(one of my faves), You Got Me by The Roots, and In Bloom by Nirvana.
